Hello SWID students, parents, sponsors, and pastors!
It’s time to begin the registration process for our upcoming NYC 2023 trip! We have included four documents for you to use as you help organize your students and sponsors for NYC 2023.
Below is a cover letter filled with information you will find helpful as you begin to register your students and adults;
a student application that should be distributed to all students who desire to attend;
a sponsor application for all adult sponsors who desire to be considered as a SWID sponsor;
a local church registration form for your local NYC Church Coordinator to track your local church students, sponsors, and payment.
Once your local NYC Church Coordinator has collected the student and sponsor applications, along with their initial deposit, we are asking them to mail us one church check along with those applications to: SWID NYI, P.O. Box 1846, Nashville, IN 47448.
